Survey privacy notice

Thank you for taking part in our survey.

This notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We’ve kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

DhaaViRa London Limited (“DhaaViRa”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the information you give in this survey.

What we collect

  • Your survey answers. These include your age group and postcode district (for example SW19). We don’t ask for your name or full address.
  • Your email address. We collect it only if you choose to give it.

We report survey results only as totals. We never sell your information, and we never use your email for anything you haven’t ticked.

Signing up for news is not required to enter the prize draw. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to enter. The full prize-draw terms are at Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

Who can see your information

  • The DhaaViRa team.
  • Google. We run the survey on Google Forms, and Google stores the responses for us. Google may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.

We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

  • Survey answers: within 12 months, we remove any link to your email and keep only the anonymous answers.
  • Prize-draw entries: we delete your email within 3 months of the draw closing, unless you also signed up for news.
  • News and event sign-ups: we keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from emails or leaving the prize draw
  • object to how we use your information

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO):

If we change how we use survey information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
