Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is DhaaViRa London Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17222613, registered office 112 Morden Road, London SW19 3BP (“DhaaViRa”, “we”, “us”).

1.2 Questions about the prize draw can be sent to survey@dhaavira.co.uk.

2. Who can enter

2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 The following people cannot enter:

  • directors and employees of DhaaViRa London Limited
  • their immediate families
  • anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw

2.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age and UK residence before giving them the prize.

3. How to enter

3.1 Complete the DhaaViRa natural fabrics and hemp survey, give your email address and tick “Enter me in the prize draw”.

3.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

3.3 You do not need to sign up for DhaaViRa news or event invitations to enter. Signing up, or not, makes no difference to your chance of winning.

3.4 Only one entry per person is allowed. If you send more than one, only your first entry will count.

3.5 Entries made through automated means, or made on behalf of other people, are not valid.

4. Dates

4.1 The prize draw opens on [Opening date] and closes at [Closing date]. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

4.2 We are not responsible for entries that are not received, for example because of technical problems.

5. The prize

5.1 There will be [Number] winner(s). Each winner will receive [Prize], with a retail value of [Prize value].

5.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to someone else.

5.3 If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The draw and the winner

6.1 The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all valid entries on or before [Draw date]. The draw will be made by computer or by an independent person, so that it is fair.

6.2 We will email the winner(s) within 7 days of the draw, using the email address given in the survey.

6.3 Winners must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not reply in time, or is not eligible, we may choose another winner at random in the same way.

6.4 We will send the prize free of charge to a UK address within 28 days of the winner claiming it. If the winner prefers, they may collect it in person at a DhaaViRa event.

6.5 Our decision on the draw is final. We will not enter into correspondence about the result.

6.6 Anyone can ask for the winner’s first name and county by emailing survey@dhaavira.co.uk within 30 days of the closing date. We will only share these details if the winner agrees. If they do not agree, we will still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

7. Publicity

7.1 We will not use the winner’s name or photo in any publicity unless they agree to it.

8. Your personal information

8.1 We use your email address only to run this prize draw and contact the winner(s), unless you have also signed up for DhaaViRa news.

8.2 Our Survey Privacy Notice explains how we use, store and delete your information.

9. General

9.1 By entering, you agree to these terms.

9.2 We may cancel, suspend or change the prize draw if something outside our reasonable control prevents it from running as planned, such as fraud or technical failure. If we do, we will tell entrants where possible.

9.3 We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

9.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from taking part in the prize draw or using the prize, except where it is caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.

9.5 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Google or any social media platform.

9.6 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
