Delivery and returns
Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 11am.
Delivery
Where we deliver
Orders placed before 11am on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
- United Kingdom
- Royal Mail, usually within 3 working days. £3.95
- Europe
- DPD, 5 to 7 working days. £14.50
- Rest of the world
- DPD or a similar courier, 8 to 10 working days. £19.50
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. For orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
Returns
Returns and exchanges
- 14 days to change your mind
- You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. Let us know, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. At Christmas we extend this: orders delivered in December can be returned until 31 January.
- Condition
- Try items on as you would in a shop, and keep the hang tags on. If an item has been worn or washed, we may reduce your refund to reflect its loss in value.
- How to return
- Email hello@dhaavira.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the return address.
- Exchanges
- Please check that the item you would like in exchange is in stock before sending your return.
- Postage
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we will cover it.
- Refunds
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, to your original payment method. Refunds include standard delivery; if you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard delivery cost.
